Workshops
Mind Body & Pilates offers new clients different ways to start Pilates. Privates are the best way to start because of the individual focus of these sessions. For clients who wish to work in a group setting on the mat only, the Pilates Fundamentals mat class is offered. We also offer two group classes that include both apparatus and matwork: the Intensive Pilates for Beginners and the Pilates for Beginners.
INTENSIVE PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
is a series of 12 Pilates classes limited to six participants only. It is designed for beginners who want to achieve faster results by committing to a Pilates routine of three sessions a week. Two classes a week focus on using the equipment while the third class focuses on the mat. After completing the Beginners Intensive, clients are ready for semi-private sessions and mat classes.
Cost is $300

Pilates for Beginners
is a series of 50-minute classes designed to set the basic foundation for Pilates work. Classes focus on introducing students to a true Pilates session which consists of apparatus and matwork. Clients learn the order of the exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment setup, and how to perform each exercise with proper form and alignment. This series is limited to six participants.
Cost is $150

Yoga for Real Life
This workshop will focus on real life issues and explore how breathing exercises, powerful asanas, meditation, and movement can enhance quality of life and improve your daily health. This is a six week workshop limited to 10 participants.
Cost is $90
